SP-P065, cord toggle is capable of holding together two draw strings. The flat, thin shaped cord toggle fastener can tighten two draw strings up to 3/16" (5mm) in diameter per hole.
Apply application by pressing down the top lever and inserting cords into the two holes provided. The spring is not visible in this particular item.
